Some windows are translucent and invite the interaction of sunlight. Others block it out.
I’m interested in the iconic glasswork of Frank Lloyd Wright and Louis Comfort Tiffany, Prairie School Design and the Arts and Crafts movement, yet I infuse these anodyne designs with visceral dissolution, irreverent asymmetry, and contemporary acid-pop/psychedelic abstraction. Bits of humanity's unavoidably strange and beloved ephemera appear here and there: bandages, bones, underwear, red bull and pavement. Rare light may cross one's path.
